Exactly as described cast iron pan. Great for daily use. The handle keeps getting loose though. But its an easy fix - just twist it tight. For those used to light aluminum non-stick pans, a cast iron pan feels really heavy initially. You'll get used to it in a couple of days. Rust easily if there is any moisture left on the pan for a long time - its common to all cast iron utensils.
Super! Super product..it's heavy..that's hw a perfect cast iron shud be..i cleaned it first with soap and water and dried it out..added around 2 tbsp of gingelly oil..heated it for some time and smeared it around the entire pan with a half cut onion for around 5 mins, removed the excess oil, wiped it out with a kitchen tissue, broke an egg and made scrambled egg, smeared it around to every corner..again threw it off..boiled some water, threw it, and then made fish fry..came out so well..i am so happy...thank u
Bought this pan hoping I’ll be able to manage cooking with a cast iron skillet. Quality is fine and as per images and product details.
What impressed me was the sheet of Detailed instructions provided by the seller on how to season the pan and use cast iron in cooking. it’s easy to use once one follows the instructions. Would recommend it to everyone who enjoys cooking!
