The handles get hot, of course and so I purchased silicone pan holders which enhance the experience of using this pan.
I’ve used it for cooking eggs, sausages, Maggie noodles etc.
The best part is, very little oil is required to cook the food and the pan gets cleaned very easily.

We do not replace products which are rusted and request you to follow proper procedure to season your product as this is the most common cause of complaints that new users of cast iron cookware face. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use, rust / stains / discoloration / damage from overheating, or discoloration caused by microwave or dishwasher use or use of sharp metal utensil. There are several online resources available which will explain how to care for your products.

Healthy Choices cast iron products are manufactured in facilities in China with LFGB (Germany), FDA (USA) and CA65 (California, USA) certification.
Moreover the products have passed American Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Compliance Policy Guides Sec. 545.500 (CPG 7117.05) test for checking extractable lead content in the products. It is quite rare to find this high degree of certification in factories manufacturing such products (anywhere in the world).
