Make mouth watering meals that cater to all senses

Basundi - Healthy Choices
Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serves : 3 to 4

Full Fat Milk - 1 liter
Condensed Milk - ½ cup
Sugar - 3 to 4 tblspn
Cardamom Powder / Yelakai Podi - ½ tsp
Almonds / Badam - ¼ cup chopped finely
Cashews - ¼ cup chopped finely
Pistachios - ¼ cup chopped finely
Saffron a pinch
Take milk, sugar, condensed milk in a big pan and heat it up. Bring it to a boil, simmer the pan and cook on medium heat, keep stiring.
Now it will form crust on top, fold that into the milk mix.
keep cooking till it gets thick.
Take it off the heat and add all the other ingredients. mix well.
Pour into a bowl and chill.
Serve cold.
1)If it gets very thick after chilling, add some more milk and mix well.
