Berry Crumble Enameled Cast Iron Skillet
( because healthy eating requires not only healthy
ingredients but also a healthy cookware ).
Ingredient's For The Base:
1. In the skillet add 1 large bowl of strawberries +
blueberries ( since the skillet has enamel coating I
did not grease the skillet )
2. Lemon zest + Lemon juice
3. 1/4th cup brown sugar
4. 2 tbsps corn flour
Mix well & keep aside.
Ingredients For Crumble:
1. 1 cup powdered Oats
2. 1/2 cup almond meal
3. 2 tbsps pumpkin seed + flaxseed powder
4. 1 tsp cinnamon powder
5. 1/2 cup brown sugar
6. 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter
Mix well till it becomes sandy in texture. Test with
binding the mixture in your palms.
Spread the crumble lightly over the berries evenly &
bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins or
till the crust turns brown.
Serve it warm with a dollop of icecream. ( Minus the
icecream to make it completely vegan or choose a
vegan icecream ).
