- 2 tbsp butter / 2 tbsp olive oil / 2 tsp jeera
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic chili paste
- 2tsp lemon juice
- 2 Onions
- 1 cup palak puree
- 8-9 Baby potatoes / 5-6 Baby carrots
- To taste salt & pepper
- Coriander leaves / Elaichi powder / Garnishing cream
Add jeera, onions, ginger garlic chili paste, potatoes, and carrots.
Pour the palak puree and let it cook for some time.
Put some salt, pepper, and coriander. Mix well.
Put some butter and cream. Mix well and add lime juice.
Garnish with some cream, red chili powder, and coriander. Serve hot.
